The private accomodations range from bed sitting studio rooms to small, medium or large one bedroom apartments. Most of the tastefully decorated, full service apartments offer a separate living room, and some come with a gas fireplace, or a private patio opening onto the extensive and well-tended gardens. All apartments offer a seperate kitchenette, bedroom and a 4 piece bathroom. Each of the studio rooms have a 4 peice bathroom or shower and some studios have a private patio. Each bathroom is equipped with safety bars and all rooms have a nurse station call system.All suites feature elegant bedroom furniture. If you wish, you can bring your own furniture and decorate your apartment to your personal taste.

Each unit is provided with cable TV and laundry service. Hydro, heat and water are included. Units with an outside door are connected to the sophisticated Ducane Control System, which is monitored in the administration office.
